Overview
Tom is a Principal Teaching Fellow in the Department of Digital and Data-Driven Marketing at Southampton Business School. His academic career spans more than 20 years in UK higher education, with previous leadership roles as Head of School and Associate Dean for Employability.
He's a Module Leader for the online Master in Management and also leads the on-campus MSc Marketing. He also contributes to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in marketing strategy, ethics and sustainability. He has published in Sloan Management Review and Times Higher Education. He combines this with a strong interest in curriculum innovation, programme design, and the use of digital tools to enhance student learning.
