Overview
Yizhen is a Lecturer at the University of Southampton, in the Department of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. She holds a PhD in Management from the National University of Singapore, and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City St. George’s, University of London. Her research explores emerging workplace phenomena, employee well-being, and the implications of political correctness in organisational settings.
